as we have stayed here before a little bit disappointed with breakfast slow service, several things we had to ask for cutlery, plates orange juice etc
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel was well located for public transport.
the breakfast room was open to the public and part of the bar.
was upgraded to an excellent room, very spacious
bar/restaurant area not particularly inviting
Smart city hotel, friendly greeting, big well-equipped room, good breakfast.
Street parking almost impossible during day, ok at night, no charges.

quality of the room fit out was very very good. excellent bed, chairs, bathroom. shared areas very good also. finally the receptionist was was incredibly helpful and firendly
location was ok, a good 1 mile walk into city centre.
Really friendly and helpful staff
The WiFi signal in the room was extremely poor and did not allow me to log on.
The location was great, next to the university & surrounded by good bars & restaurants. The staff were pleasant & the room was good,
The ipod dock didn't work, not a big issue or maybe I just couldn't work it. Other than that, nothing.
I like the room it is very large and comfortable and the bathroom is nice .the internet is good and the staff are co operative
There is no especial enterance for the wheel of disable people so we carried my baby pushchair through the steps
Our room was great. Had a huge TV, I-Pod docking station. Large bathroom with sperate shower and bath. Internet was perfect. Our room was round the back so was super quiet, so cannot comment on what it would be like on the main road outside hotel. Location is great for all types of food, all within a 10 minute walk. Town centre is easily walked to or you can get a bus. Parking is street with no cost, We never had any problems and always had a space on the same street as hotel.
Breakfast was plenty but very poorly cooked. Most things get undercooked or burnt noit mentioning being greasy. Their smoked ham turned out to be burnt bacon! So we never ate lunches or evening meals because of there brealfasts. Their toaster is screaminng to be fixed or replaced. It just burns one side and if you turn the bread, then put it in again you get charcoal. Took 3 morninngs to work out setting 2.5 and bread in twice was about right. Breakfast could be so much better by just cooking it correctly. The bed in our room was a memory foam that we just sank into. So the huge pillows made your head sit on your chest if you used them.We will visit again but next time we would bring our own pillows.
Not too big- relaxed yet professional in attitude. Room spacious and quiet.
Breakfast- lack lustre and not very generous.
great location beside museum and botantic gardens good healthy walk ten minutes into central belfast. good hotel very clean great accomadation friendly staff good value for money close to bus stop stop for hop on hop off bus lovely breakfast. I would stay there again
Bed was amazing!..room very big and great price!
Staff were excellent-we booked for a wedding and the next morning they asked how it had gone which was v thoughtful. Beds very comfy room was huge and bathroom was fabulous. Would recommend to anyone.
Couldn't open the windows for fresh air-presumably due to health and safety gone too far again. Also couldn't turn the thermostat below 16 so was very warm at night unfortuneatley
